• Obtain a letter stating that you have permanent financing from your banker or mortgage company.

• Sign a construction contract with Momentum Homes.

How long does it take to build a custom home?

• An 1,800 to 2,000 square foot home takes about six months. Anything larger will take seven-eight months, possibly a little longer.

How much will it cost?

• Depending on location all of our homes are built on a cost plus basis.

What does the price of our house include?

• The home will be move in ready, fence, sod, sprinkler system, fixtures, everything you need to be able to move in.
